After our introduction, if you are ready to proceed, you will receive a quote for your review. To get started on the design process, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. A separate invoice will be sent for day of paper goods and accessories after we have the design ironed out.
Once the deposit has been secured, a questionnaire will be sent to you to gather some additional details. Within a week, you will receive a digital proof of the design(s). Two rounds of revisions are included in the design process. Additional rounds will be billed by the hour.
Production begins once final approval is given on the design and the remainder of the invoice is paid. Your items are typically in hand in 3 weeks or less.
