TERMS
Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. Final payment is due prior to printing and before completed work is given to client. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will incur a charge of 15% of your order total.
Proofing
It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any error. That includes: spelling, layout, website URLS, phone numbers, directions, etc. We will gladly provide one round of revisions to your product. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour. We kindly ask that you respond to proofs and revisions within a reasonable time frame. Chance Design Co. will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response. After final approval is given, any errors will be corrected at the client’s expense.
Copyright

Any reproduction of artwork is prohibited unless given prior written permission from Chance Design Co.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your final approval has not been received and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your deposit and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception.
Delivery & Postage
All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. Chance Design Co. is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing or invitations that are not delivered. Invitations sent via USPS occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. Chance Design Co. is not responsible for invitations or stationery that are lost in the mail or destroyed through the mailing process.
We highly recommend that you drop your Save the Dates and Invitations in-person with USPS and request that your items be 'hand canceled.' Hand-canceling is when each stamp on your envelope is marked (or "canceled") using a hand stamp instead of by a machine. This will ensure your suites arrive to their destination safely.
